The owner says on the AGF:
This was the last Jackal type rifle Richard Marriott Smith built for his new short lived Phoenix Arms Co. circa 1990. [The] info I had from the Jackals website owner [was that] only around 4-5 were known. Many parts are from the old Sussex Armory‘s inventory, and purchased after it’s demise.
