Pair of Welsh Lincolns.
Both these are shown elsewhere on this site, but I was pellet testing these together so thought they would make a nice shot.
Gun 5756 bears the retailer mark of "Edward's, 64, Commercial Street, Newport", and was obtained after a random conversation at work, It is an older re-finish I suspect, but is a super accurate, smooth shooting example. It prefers Air arms pellets and can one hole easily at ten yards.
Gun 8334 bears the brass plate of the retailer Septimus Chambers of Cardiff, this was obtained from an airgun forum and has some background as a bell gun used in the Aberdare area. It is carefully impression stamped "W.Price" on the base of the grip, and at the rear of the stock. This gun shoots harshly with fields and prefers superdomes. I have treated it to the Lincoln sight protector I found recently, and think it sets it off nicely as there can't be many out there.

A pleasant spring day, two old guns and a couple of hours to kill, the best way to relax!
