Unknown tap-loading butt reservoir
This rifle was advertised on saleroom.com recently.
Note what looks like a Schrader valve tapped into the underside of the butt, for charging the reservoir without unscrewing it from the action. This may be a 'bitsa', with the reservoir taken from another rifle and perhaps jammed on to the action - hence the need for charging it without removing the reservoir?
