Model-EG19 short cylinder?.
This rifle was for sale by the German dealer waffenhandelimspessart.de. I could be wrong but it seems to have a slightly shorter cylinder than the air rifle pictured above? Or is it that the perspective of the pics is distorted/squashed? Hard to tell. The trigger guard seems very round too.

EG19 push-lock lever (with sling swivels)
Note: the cylinder end cap is different to other known rifles. Likewise, the barrel latch/rearsight is different - replacements?
