Falke Airgun Collections
UK Falke collection.
With thanks to Vic Turner. This fine collection includes a rare model 10 boy's rifle, several variants of the model 70s and model 80s, and a model 90.
There are also pics of an unusual Falke 33 which is possibly a "transitional" pistol produced some time after the other probable transitional model, the Falke-Zenit, but before full production of the model 33 began.
The marking on this pistol's cylinder is simply "Albert Fohrenbach Gmbh" instead of the usual "Falke Mod.33 DBP" (unfortunately it wasn't possible to get a photo of this marking).
Four Falkes, three 80s and a 90.
These pics illustrate clearly the two different breech patterns of the models 80 and 90, the "shallow" and the "scoop" patterns.
If you look at the sight rails you will see that two of the rifles have locating notches cut out of the rear trigger block and forward cylinder rails, for positioning the diopter sight and standard rear sight respectively. The rails are 10mm wide and 50mm and 170mm long.
These pics also illustrate the three patterns of stock: two elm sporter stocks, one with chequered forend and one with finger grooves, and the deeper walnut match stock. The match stock has more extensive hand chequering and a thicker butt plate.
Three Falke 80s and one Falke 90 - pics from Germany.
With thanks for these excellent pics to Klaus ("Pellet" in the Co2air.de Forum).
Falkes model 80 serial nos. 25, 60 and 215 and model 90 serial no. 101.
Note that on the model 80 serial no. 215 there is no Falke emblem on the forend.
In the pic of two rearsights together you can clearly see the two different patterns of dovetail clamping bolt head.
