Auction blurb:

Octagonal barrel with rifled bore in 11.5 mm calibre, somewhat rough with good rifling, dovetailed brass front sight and elaborately cut rear leaf sight. In muzzle area and above chamber silver inlays and monogram "AF". Lateral tubular magazine, spring of cover lid missing. Centre piece and lock side plate made of brass with fine engravings. Lock and cock with fine floral engravings, screws blued, on the side opposite the lock setting screw for air supply. Carved forearm with en suite engraved brass furniture, wooden ramrod with brass tip. Two additional iron butt reservoirs with green, somewhat worn leather covers tied up at the back. Length without reservoir 84.5 cm, length of each reservoir 32 cm.
Comes in its original, lockable wooden case (worm-eaten in places) with many original accessories such as air pump, footrest, valve key for reservoir, bullet mould and three ring keys. Dimensions 89 x 19 x 12 cm.
In its completeness an extraordinarily rare and beautifully preserved collector's item.
