Joniskeit "Hurrican Air" Pistol.
With thanks to Mark D for these pics. This is a single stroke pneumatic pistol dating from December 1988. Mark says: "what's unusual is that when opening the cocking lever it automatically raises the barrel by about 15mm and then as you close the lever and compress the air it lowers the barrel back down and back onto it's breech seal."
