Fairground bugelspanner?
This seems to be a former fairground gallery gun. It has 'Aarhus Tivoli' branded above the grip, presumably a reference to the Tivoli Friheden amusement park in Aarhus, Denmark.
Note that it has five darts with it. In .25 cal.
Stamped 'ER - EM -CE'. Once owned by Airgun World writer Roy Valentine, who published a pic of it in the magazine.
