BSA Cadet Major serial no. CA35481

Trevor says: "Complete with original foresight and adjustable rearsight. Clear etching and a very good oiled stock with flying BSA stamped on left side. Etched on the air chamber - THE BIRMINGHAM SMALL ARMS CO. LTD., CADET MAJOR (piled arms symbol) .177 AIR RIFLE MADE IN ENGLAND.
Has trigger adjustment screw.
Barrel length 18 1/2”.
Overall length 42”.
Weight 5 1/4lbs. 
Produced 1949 -1955."

BSA Cadet Major Mk2 prototype

BSA Cadet Major .22 cal rifled 44 " long, logo on top of air chamber reads as follows:- Cadet Major Mk2 Prototype No.1, this is roll stamped in the metal and not photo etched. Solid one piece walnut stock. This has the cone shaped piston with the washer held on by a nylon retaining bush. Proper fully adjustable tirigger block. Barrel length l8 1/2" . It does 12ft. lb. Only known example.
