Remington Model-26 Repeater.
With thanks to Beth of Amoskeag Auctions, Inc. for permission to post this pic.
The original auction blurb said: "This is a quite rare Remington .177 cal pump action air rifle that uses an unique geared cocking for its spring firing system. Metal surfaces retain 50% of original black painted finish with the remainder turning a brown patina. This piece has a walnut stock and foreend with 10 grooves and rates very good to excellent. The sights are elevation adjustable rear and post front. The gun seems to function properly and feels good in the hand. It was only made from 1928 to 1930. A great Remington collectable."
