With thanks to Mark.

He says:

The photos show the original valve seals. I made new seals to get the rifle holding air again. The Air Chamber Plug requires a lead seal.

The rifle pumps-up to 70 strokes and I can get multiple shots (9). It starts shooting strong and drops-off with each additional shot. I recorded a top Chrony reading of 580 fps (1st Shot) and a low of 412 fps (9th Shot), I can always add pumps between shots to keep it pressured-up for more shots.

This shows a hole cut in the side that allows access to the Retaining Pin. The Outlet Valve inserts from the Air Chamber side. A small pin inserts into a hole in the end of the Outlet Valve stem that holds the valve in-place on the Hammer side with a spring and a small brass collar. You can see these parts on the photo immediately above.

With thanks to Wes. He says:

It is a Frank Vincent rifle made in Hillsdale MI.  Most Vincents were shotguns.  It is in .177 cal.
