Diana Model-5 DRP Pre War
Diana Model-5 DRP Pre War - Boxed.
Many thanks to a UK collector friend for permission to take these pics of his boxed mod 5.
Note that the owner's manual (in English) included with this pistol is the same as the one in the Resources section HERE
Diana Model-5 DRP Pre War - With Early Manual.
Thanks to Don for these pics.
Note that the owner's manual accompanying this pistol is different to both the one shown in the post above and the scans supplied by Trevor A in New Zealand elsewhere. Instead of blue type heading each page, there is red type proclaiming the new Diana no.5, strongly suggesting it is an earlier manual.
Diana Model-5 DRP Pre War - Engraved 1930s.
This highly unusual model 5 is engraved by the British master engraver Don Blocksidge. It's currently for sale on the airgunbbs.com for £475 or very near offer. If anyone's interested in purchasing it, let me know and I'll pass on your details. Thanks to Craig for the pics.
Diana Model-5 DRP Pre War - pre-WW2 Bergmann arcade version.
This pistol was attached to an arcade shooting gallery. With thanks to John G for the pic.

Diana Model-5 DRP Pre War - Bergmann.
With thanks to Mick for these pics of an unusually good condition complete Bergmann arcade pistol. Most of these are in heavily-used condition.
Also unusually, it has the vertical swivel bracket fitted in front of the breach, which screwed into a stepped, threaded section at the rear of the barrel.
Follow the link in the thread above this one for pics of pistols which lack this bracket.
Diana Model 5 DRPa
This is an interesting early model 5 patent pending DRPa pistol spotted on eGun.de, with different markings to the usual one - without the arrow that is unique to this pistol and apparently with beech grips (?) without chequering rather than the usual walnut. The rear cylinder cap is also different.
Bergmann prewar shooting booth patent (1935)

Diana Model-5 DRP Pre War (odd markings)
With thanks to Chris. He says:
An old Diana 5 recently found its way to me. What's a bit surprising is the stamping. The model name and the "DRP" is completely missing and the "Made in Germany" stamp also seem odd, as the letters are different sizes if you look closely.
