Hi all,

This is my first post so hopefully it's in the right area, I collect vintage Diana air rifles and pistols and have the opportunity to acquire a model 26 underlever made Aug 1938 in .22, I have one in .177 so .22 would be great but i,ve never seen another?? Could anyone confirm .22 were produced?

many thanks

All the ads seem to suggest the model 26 only came in 4.5mm so if it's really a 5.5mm, it's probably pretty rare. Please post some pics if you can, especially showing the calibre and model number markings. Thanks!

Just sent a message to the guy who owns the 26 to take some close ups of the tap and if it has any .22 stamps on the barrel etc.

Thanks

paul

Thanks for posting those pics, Paul. Quite a rare one, I'd say. All the others I've seen, or seen advertised, were in 4.5mm. Maybe a special order?

The similar-sized Haenel mod V Jr was made in 5.5mm too.
