Larry H says about this gun: "Ron [Sauls] acquired that cut-away when he purchased the airgun collection of my friend-the late Bob Latimer (d.8/1/08)- in 2013. The gun was purchased by Bob from Ray K. off the Benjamin 1986 Shotshow display in Houston. The cutaway was featured in Benjamin's current catalog that year. Of the 900+ airguns in Bob's collection, I think he was the most proud of that piece-he would proudly brag to anyone who would listen that the caption in that catalog clearly stated that ...'you cannot buy this gun!...'....Bob was a character!"
